Las Vegas high-rise condominiums continue to command strong pricing, with multiple sales exceeding $1,000 per square foot and another $10 million-plus transaction recorded in March. Several buildings stand out among the existing inventory. Over the past 12 months, Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas has recorded 19 sales above $1,000 per square foot. Within CityCenter, Veer Towers has posted two such sales, while Sky Las Vegas, Park Towers, and One Queensridge Place have each recorded at least one sale above that threshold.... read more
